Expertise: Lie in the field of post-1945 international history with a strong focus on Cold War diplomacy. He is currently working on a major project: the first focuses on Australia’s responses to Britain’s end of empire in Southeast Asia between 1955 and 1963. The second project charts the development of Australia’s political, strategic and economic links with the Indian Subcontinent from 1947 to the end of the 1970s
