Expertise: Dr. Havlicek’s research and scholarship concerns the effectiveness of services that are provided to at-risk and vulnerable adolescents who are served by large systems of care. She is particularly interested in foster youth who reach the age of majority in the child welfare system, their experiences within and across service systems, and the effectiveness of services in addressing their needs.
