The Department of Economics invites applications to fill a full-time faculty position at the rank of assistant professor, starting in September 2026. Applications will be considered from all candidates with research interests in macroeconomics and/or international economics, including intersecting areas such as international macro and international finance. We particularly welcome applications from candidates who can support the department’s teaching needs in graduate and undergraduate macroeconomics and international economics. Candidates are expected to develop an outstanding research program, to provide excellent teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and to supervise student research.

Qualifications

 Candidates should expect to receive their Ph.D. prior to the start of the appointment.
