The Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky invites applications for up to two postdoctoral scholar positions ineducation policy. The scholars will collaborate on research activities with faculty mentors Dr. Rajeev Darolia and Dr. Ron Zimmer, with one scholar expected to work on topics related to higher education and the labor market, and the other scholar expected to work on projects related to K-12 education policy. The postdoctoral scholars are expected to work with unique large-scale administrative data and interact directly with policy and agency partners.
This is a full-time position, with the appointment anticipated to begin in summer or fall 2020. The postdoctoral appointments will initially be for one year, but will ideally be filled as a two-year position, with the second year contingent upon satisfactory performance and funding.
