Her research interests focus on occupational health psychology. She has done research in cross-cultural job stress, job autonomy, organizational constraints, challenge versus hindrance stressors. Her current projects focus on workplace mistreatments, such as interpersonal conflict, workplace ostracism, workplace incivility, abusive supervision etc. She has also publised research in cross-cultural methodology, such as measurement equivalence/invariance. Her research has appeared on Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, etc.. Her teaching interests focus on Statistics, Performance Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
