My research uses a variety of experimental techniques, including psychophysics, eye movements, electrophysiology, and noninvasive brain stimulation to address theoretically important questions in mainstream cognitive psychology and neuroscience. Current work in the lab is focused on understanding the mechanisms underlying the control of visual perception, cognition, and action, as well as how these systems breakdown in neuropsychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia.
