Expertise: Paul has over 20 years experience in local government town planning. He worked at a variety of Councils in the Sydney metropolitan area, the Sydney urban / rural fringe and in rural New South Wales. Whilst having broad experience in all aspects of planning at the local / regional level, Paul’s main area of expertise is in development planning. His last local government position was as Director – Planning and Environmental Services with Bellingen Shire Council
