His primary interests include first, how social structure that is primarily characterized and measured by social networks shapes constraints and opportunities of individual (organization) lives, second, how individuals (organizations) produce actions under this social structure, and third, as a result of interactions of these individual (organization) actions, how society-level phenomena such as household division of labor, organization performance, disease infection rates, marriage rates, sexual modes, and (of course) social networks themselves emerge.
