Research interests focus on applied measurement, personnel assessment, and individual difference issues in IO Psychology: (1) developments and applications of modern psychometric modeling to the practical problems of I-O settings, (2) faking issues in personnel selection, (3) development of noncognitive personnel assessment, (4) personality and individual differences, and (5) application of machine learning technique to noncognitive assessment in selection settings. Recently, Dr. Lee extends his interests to measurement issues of OHP (organizational health psychology) topics.
