    This is a one-year limited term appointment. Continuation of employment is contingent on availability of funds.

     

    Dr. Richard Macatee, the Director of the Biobehavioral Research on Addiction and Internalizing Syndromes (BRAINS) laboratory at Auburn University, is hiring a full-time Research Aide to work on a National Institute on Drug Abuse supported study focusing on refinement and testing of a novel computerized and smart phone-based intervention for Cannabis Use Disorder. This project uses multiple methodologies including EEG, behavioral assessments, and ambulatory psychophysiology.

     

    The Research Aide will assist Dr. Macatee with all aspects of running the research study including planning and managing study protocols and logistics, collecting data, following up with participants, and scheduling participants. Opportunities for mentorship in conference submissions and manuscript writing will be supported.
