    Position

    Auburn University seeks a 9-month non-tenure track appointment as a lecturer of Global Studies (95% teaching, 5% service), renewable annually based upon need, funding, and performance. The position is housed in the College of Human Sciences Office of Global Education and the role involves teaching 3-4 sections of undergraduate courses in one or more of the following areas each semester: Global Studies in Human Sciences; Development Practice; Study Abroad; Professional Development; Global Studies Internships. Other duties may include advising undergraduate students; being an active team member within the program; being actively involved with industry and relevant professional associations; being actively involved in the work of the Office of Global Education; advising global studies clubs and honor societies.
