The Department of Political Science at the University of Kentucky (Lexington, Kentucky) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor in Comparative Politics beginning in Fall 2019. The department encourages candidates with strong quantitative/methodological skills who demonstrate clear potential to conduct high-quality research and to attract extramural funds. The successful candidate will be expected to provide effective graduate and undergraduate teaching. We also encourage candidates with the ability to contribute to graduate methods training.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Political Science or related field by August 2019.
