The Project Manager/Instructor position responsibilities will include coordination with the Principal Investigator/Project Director on all management, supervision, and evaluation of staff and undergraduate students completing coursework in connection with a funded applied research project that involves the implementation of community education and evaluation. This is a twelve-month, non-tenure track, limited term faculty position to oversee undergraduates’ practicum, service learning, and research lab work. This position will also supervise undergraduate interns. Responsibilities of the instructor will include design of syllabi and assignments (reading, writing, and practical), establishment of regular meeting schedules, facilitation of learning seminars, supervision of assignments, evaluation of work, and assignment of grades. In addition, the person in this position will coordinate with the Project Director and provide the day-to-day direction, management, and implementation of the multi-site Alabama Healthy Youth Relationship Education project with responsibility for compliance with all Auburn University and federal policies and procedures. This position will coordinate with the evaluation research team and ensure that all federal reporting obligations are met.
