Job description:

Work Area: Research and Innovation policy and communication

Project overview: INESC TEC is looking for a specialist in the area of research and innovation policy and communication. We value dynamism
and proactivity, and the capacity of planning, organisation and communication. The position requires discretion, team spirit, initiative, flexibility
and reliability. The work will be developed in the context of INESC Brussels HUB, located in the heart of the European Quarter, in Brussels,
involving daily interaction with other EU representations, policy-makers and research and innovation managers from all over Europe, as well as
with over 1500 researchers and technical support staff across 5 INESC institutes, among others.

Objectives: The role is focused on the support to the Head of the INESC Brussels HUB in implementing all the activities that may be
considered pertinent for achieving the goals set in the triennial strategic plan. It will include diversified tasks, from administrative support and
organisation of events to communication and R&I advisory support duties, in a broad range of thematic areas.

Academic Qualifications: BA or BSc in any area

Minimum profile required:
- Knowledge of European research and innovation programmes and willingness to learn;
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
- Availability to travel and work in a multicultural environment and perform multitaskings;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, IT collaborative tools).

Preference factors: – Good and demonstrable knowledge of design, social network management and public relations; – Knowledge
and experience in European research and innovation management in a top Research and Technology Organisation or other research and innovation performing organisation.

Funding Entity: ANI (CIT/2018/17)

Type of contract: Certain Term

The hiring shall be governed by what is stipulated in the legislation in force regarding fixed individual employment contracts.

a) Relevant Curriculum in the concerned field of this tender
