About the College/Department:
Eastern Kentucky University invites applications for a full-time, nine (9) month tenure-track position in the BSW Social Work Program starting Fall 2019. This position is expected to transition to the role of online MSW Program Director upon Council of Social Work Education (CSWE) candidacy status.
This position will be responsible for leading the program through the MSW candidacy process into successful accreditation as well as teaching at the BSW and MSW levels.
The position requires an earned Doctorate in Social Work or related field, and a minimum of three years post-MSW practice experience as well as online course development and teaching experience across the Social Work curriculum (master's level preferred). The candidate should have a strong publication record to qualify for Graduate faculty status and have demonstrated academic leadership.
Familiarity with MSW curriculum and field practicum and knowledge of CSWE Accreditation process is preferred.
