The Torregrossa lab examines the role of salivary proteins in taste and feeding. We use a combination of behavioral and molecular techniques to answer questions in ingestive behavior. We are looking for a full-time postdoctoral associate.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
· Organize and implement research plans.
· develop methods or research to investigate the role of salivary proteins in taste and taste responding.
· conduct tests procedures and engage in data collection.
· analyze, evaluate, and present findings in professional journals and at professional conferences and meetings.

University at Buffalo is the home of the UB Center for Ingestive Behavior Research. The center is made up of 18 laboratories at UB with interests in energy balance and ingestive behavior. Interacting with Center members allows opportunities for postdocs, and graduate students to network with others in the field, gain new perspectives across scales of analysis and to gain focused feedback from others in the field.
