MIMIMUM Educational requirements:

MA in any of the following, “Political Science,” “Government,” “American Politics,” “International Relations,” or a closely related field.

MINIMUM Specialized experience:

Independent teaching of a college course in Political Science, Government, American Politics, Comparative Politics, International Relations, Public Policy, or Research Methods.

In addition to the MINIMUM education and specialized experience, candidates holding a Ph.D. will be preferred. The ability to teach in more than one of the following subfields of political science is preferred:  American Politics, Comparative Politics, International Relations, Public Policy, Research Methods.
