Expertise: My primary research agenda focuses on the development and evolution of legal policy in politically salient areas. I am interested in looking at this in two distinct but complimentary ways. First, I am interested in the mechanisms that lead to the development of new legal policy or the evolution of existing legal policy. Second, I am interested in the impact these policies have on society and the mass public.
