Expertise: My research interests include:

the inter-relations between organizational leadership and organizational culture, particularly in a cross-cultural context;
organizational leadership and its effect on organizational climate, particularly climates regarding ethics;
a variety of issues related to personnel selection and the mitigation of adverse impact, including new approaches to measurement and testing, and selection in highly litigated environments, such as consent decrees; and
issues of the scholarship of teaching and learning, especially related to large lecture classes.
