The Division of Psychology at Alfred University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position at the assistant professor level beginning August, 2019.
The typical teaching load is 12 hours per semester (three courses at four credits each). The successful candidate should have a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate level and establish a research program involving undergraduates.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, counseling, or school psychology (ABD considered). Preference will be given to applicants able to develop/teach courses in introduction to psychology, basic counseling, psychopathology, or other areas of expertise.
