The incumbent supports the work of scientists and academic subject matter experts, coordinating studies and performing administrative tasks required to complete projects. The incumbent will play a crucial role in the interdisciplinary Evans Allen project focused on understanding childhood obesity risk factors and designing effective marketing interventions. This position involves data collection, analysis, and collaboration with a dynamic research team.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Research Methodology:
- Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Understanding of data collection techniques (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Proficiency in organizing and managing research data.
- Ability to use statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) for data analysis.
Literature Review:
- Skill in conducting literature searches and summarizing relevant findings.
Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a research team.
- Interest in Public Health and / or Marketing interventions:
- A genuine interest in childhood obesity prevention and health promotion via marketing interventions.
Technical Proficiency:
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to commit to lengthy, complex projects

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in health, human development, psychology, or business / marketing related fields.
- At least one year of project coordination, management or related experience is preferred.
