Florida Institute of Technology invites applications for an Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology faculty position to begin in August 2019. Specific sub-discipline is open but the ideal candidate will complement existing faculty and have the potential to create synergistic collaborations.
We are looking for someone with evidence of potential to: a) develop and maintain a productive and coherent research program that is nationally recognized via peer-reviewed publications, external funding, and professional presentations; b) teach and mentor diverse graduate and undergraduate students; and c) contribute to and participate in the mission of the program, college, and university. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in quantitative skills for both research and teaching and will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.
