Florida Institute of Technology invites applications for an Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology faculty position to begin in August 2019. Specific sub-discipline is open but the ideal candidate will complement existing faculty and have the potential to create synergistic collaborations.

We are looking for someone with evidence of potential to: a) develop and maintain a productive and coherent research program that is nationally recognized via peer-reviewed publications, external funding, and professional presentations; b) teach and mentor diverse graduate and undergraduate students; and c) contribute to and participate in the mission of the program, college, and university. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in quantitative skills for both research and teaching and will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.

Founded at the dawn of the Space Race in 1958, Florida Institute of Technology is the only independent, technological university in the Southeast, and offers degree programs at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.
