Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will join an active department to teach four courses per semester in Global Studies and Political Science.
  • Teaching responsibilities will include core courses (e.g., Global Issues, Comparative Politics), with opportunities for teaching courses on global public health, environmental politics and policy and in areas reflecting a regional specialty.
  • Successful candidates are expected to pursue faculty development efforts, advise undergraduate students, and participate in the wider life of the university and community.
  • This appointment is for a full-time, tenure-track position.

Qualifications
Ph.D. in Political Science required. Strong commitment to, and potential for excellence in, undergraduate teaching and collaborative research with students is required. Successful candidate must complete employment and/or criminal history background check.
